Every client engagement at Polaris is managed directly by the firm's founding principals. There is no delegation to junior associates, no rotation between account managers. The two people who built the firm and hold its regulatory licence are the same two people who advise, structure and deliver for every client.
Mohanad Almeshal
Principal adviser to Polaris clients, Mohanad brings over two decades of experience as a legal counsel across corporate law, fiduciary governance and cross-border structuring. His advisory is grounded in a practitioner’s understanding of how regulators, banks and counterparties actually operate — not theoretical frameworks, but the practical reality of getting structures approved, accounts opened and transactions closed across multiple jurisdictions.
His practice spans the full corporate lifecycle — jurisdictional strategy, entity formation, M&A advisory, holding structure design, international tax planning, trust and foundation establishment, investment fund structuring, wealth preservation solutions, real estate transaction advisory, compliance and due diligence, and ongoing regulatory management. Fluent in Arabic and English, he advises a client base that spans multiple continents — navigating not only legal systems but the cultural and commercial expectations that differ across each corridor.
He serves as Authorised Signatory under the firm’s TCSP licence and maintains direct involvement in every client engagement. In a market where most firms delegate complex matters to junior associates, Mohanad’s model is the opposite: the person who designs the structure is the same person who negotiates with the bank, signs the fiduciary documents and answers the call at midnight when a deadline moves. Olena Kysla
Operational architect of Polaris, Olena built the firm’s entire infrastructure from the ground up — compliance frameworks, onboarding systems, regulatory reporting and the administrative engine that keeps a licensed TCSP in continuous good standing. She is involved in every client relationship well beyond incorporation: corporate secretarial, ongoing governance, banking coordination, visa processing and regulatory liaison across all jurisdictions in which the firm operates.
She is often the first person a client speaks to and the last voice before a transaction closes — building the trust that turns first-time engagements into decade-long relationships. A native Russian and Ukrainian speaker fluent in English, she eliminates the language barrier that typically separates international clients from the nuances of regulatory life — conducting consultations, reviewing contracts and managing government communications in the client’s own language.
She manages the firm’s network of external partners — auditors, banks, government liaisons — selecting and holding each to the same standard she applies internally. Olena treats Polaris as her own — available around the clock, personally invested in every outcome, relentless in ensuring that what the firm delivers exceeds what it promises.
